Believe it or not, after one cleanser their is also a lot stuff remaining on your face. The foam cleanser is applied on wet face to remove all the remaining impurities. After double cleansing first with oil and second with foam not a hint of grime will be left to hinder your skin’s health.
The purpose of double cleansing is removing all the dirt from the skin. And the target is to absorb all the essence, emulsion into deeper skin. As a result double cleansing is done in Korean skincare.
Exfoliant helps to increase blood flow and also removes dead skin cells. Exfoliation step not only cleans the clogged pores but also sloughs off dead skin. When you remove these layers from your skin, your skin will be more brighten and relevant.
But this step is not recommended daily. If you have sensitive skin then once in a week exfoliate your skin. And if you are having tougher skin then twice or thrice a week. Usually, twice a week exfoliation is recommended to all.
After cleansing so many times your skin is in a fragile state. Therefore, its important to hydrate your skin. Toner acts as a way to prep the skin and hydrate it. So it could absorbs the following treatment into skin.
It also balances the PH level of the skin. And increases the absorption of following steps. You can apply toner by fingers or cotton pad. And then dab it on your face, do not massage it.
This is a significant part of their Korean beauty. It is credited to their culture. The treatment is similar to serums, boosters or ampoules, but it’s more watery in consistency as compared to the rest off.
Essence is basically toner plus serum formula which helps to repair your skin for a flawless complexion.
6. Serum & Ampoule
Firstly, serum or ampoule is high concentration formulas for your skin. Which addresses specific skincare needs. They contain all the active ingredients which target your skin concerns like wrinkles, anti-aging, pigmentation etc.
Sheet masks are soul of Korean beauty skincare routine. The purpose of mask depends on your skin. If you want a brightening then choose vitamin c or the snail mask which is hydrating one. And you can also have a hyaluronic acid mask and etc.
You can also swap your mask with essence or serum to cut off the time.
8. Eye Cream
The skin around your eye is very delicate as it should be treated with delicate eye creams. You should choose eye cream as per your concern for dark circles or fine lines etc.
Your eye always needs an extra dose of hydration and protection. Apply a pea-sized amount of product and use your ring finger to gently dab on under eye area and eyelid.
This step is simply to lock the moisture into your skin. It may be oily skin or dry skin you need to moisturize your skin your face to make it glow. Moisturizer enhances hydration and by locking in moisture and tackle other skin concerns.
Find a moisturizer according to your skin types and apply twice in a day.
10. SPF Or Sleeping Pack
Protect your skin from the sun, though you are staying in home apply SPF. Because sun’s harmful UV rays can cause pigmentation and
